The GNWT is proposing amendments to the Highway Designation and Classifications Regulations. The amendments will designate the Giant Mine Boat Launch Access Road and the Great Slave Sailing Club Access Road as primary highways. They will also clarify where the designation of Prelude Lake East Access Road as a primary highway ends to align with existing maintenance practices. These amendments will clarify the GNWT’s responsibilities for enforcement and maintenance of these roads.
