Standing Offer Agreements
Infrastructure is responsible for setting up Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) for common use goods and services.
We establish Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) for complex, high volume and commonly used goods and services.
Under an SOA, a supplier agrees to provide to the Government, on demand, certain goods or services under named conditions, during a period of time, at a predetermined price or discount.
