This report presents the highway traffic data collected by the Department of Transportation on the territorial highway network from 1993 to 1999. This report includes traffic information collected on major highways, access roads and winter roads. The report also contains information on vehicle classifications and turning movements at selected intersections.

This report presents a Vision for roads in the Northwest Territories, and a plan-of-action to achieve the Vision.
